If you was gsb, and you had amassive amount of money coming in 2023, you had already sold your house, contracts already signed, would you put in a new patio, and repaint, or would you sell everything that was still yours under contract, again we are linked with loads of players,47 last window,or would you sell to fill your pension pot, loans, and frees,plus one buy , thats the westham way.

No it would be a huge cash fall for the business.
If they took the money out (drawings) then it reduces the value of the asset and therefore the value of the business.
If they paid back the debts owed to themselves it reduces the liability owed to them when the club is sold.
Like someone else said, Kretsinsky already owns a football club - he will be wise to all this and the sale price will be linked to a few things.

OI, said the same to others. I was told income was £200m+ with the TV money and Europe run, but GSB will state COVID debts and clear them. Kretinsky will take up his option next year to buy out GSB. Why would GSB spend anything significant now? They will sell to buy, fund wages and fees, bring in 2 or 3 + loans, with a few leaving to pay for it all. GSB probably already factored in with Kretinsky a maximum of £50m spend summer and winter window unless risk of relegation.
Next summer when Kretinsky takes over the first thing he will do is sell Rice then give the money to the manager to spend. Then he will negotiate to be given the stadium, he won't want to pay for it, if anything he may ask a contribution from LLDC to take the burden off their hands and the taxpayer. He will try to get it to pay for itself with naming rights and hospitality. I can't see it being redeveloped significantly as in knocking down, but the track will go as UK Athletics relocate to Birmingham and some reconfiguration will be done. Although turds are impossible to polish imho.

if the sale has been agreed, at a fixed cost or a sliding scale based on investment, success etc then everything has been taken into account already.
The loans
The stadium
The training ground and other property
The squad value and wages
Transfers in and out
Current and potential income, sponsorship deals etc.
Income from potential European football.
I very much doubt that there is something that one of us will pick up on that Kretinsky hasn't thought of.

I don't think the new guy is stupid enough to agree to buy the club in 1 years time without having some say in how the club is run until then or at least having some assurances from GSB about how they will run it.
I expect the sale might be agreed in principal but can hinge hugely on what happens between that agreement and the agreed sale date. Wouldn't be surprised if there is an agreed discount if we go into decline and also an additional cost if we improve.

They’d be shooting them self in the foot by making the team worse.

Which pension pot?
If the Kretinsky option is exercised, the sale price of the club is already agreed. Selling players won't affect that option price. Nor will buying players.
The only money the dildos draw from the club, is the interest on their loans. There is enough cash around to pay that loan interest, without selling players.

The value might change only if we get CL or get relegated. The players bought would be part of the valuation. The only issue is the cost of debt.

Apologies it wasn’t his release clause but it has been widely reported that Benfica would deal at £50m.

Where'd you get this idea that Nunez had a 58m release clause? Everywhere I've read had it as twice that much. Also, didn't we start bidding at 37m, so if we did offer 50m at the last minute then it would probably have been a final offer.
